Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal before work commences.

3. Payment

• –Late payments may result in pausing of active work until the balance is settled
• –Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your service agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver quality results, clients agree to:

• –Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and assets required for the project
• –Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• –Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website design, logo, written content).

RubySky Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

RubySky Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, pricing, and client data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. RubySky Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
